Assignment 3

이름은 요시모토이다. 요시모토 나라라는 일본작가가 그린 그림이라 요시모토라 칭한다.
굉장히 온순해 보이는 캐릭터이다. 바라만 보고 있어도 마음이 편해지는 표정을 가지고 있으면서 채색조차 온화한 분위기를 풍기고 있다. 하지만 사악한 이미지를 가진 캐릭터 역시 존재한다.

This character name is Yoshimoto. The reason why it is called as a Yoshimoto is that this character is drawned by Yoshimoto Nara who is japanese author. This character seems to be so gentle and mild. It has a face which can make anyone to be peaceful of their mind. In addition, its coloring is so soft. but there are some of characters that have evil image.

첫 번째 사진과 선명하게 대립될 정도로 사악한 이미지로 보인다. 머리색이 비슷한 걸로 보아 동일인물이 아닐까 싶은데 단지 눈을 뜬 것으로 이렇게 변할 수 있을까 싶다. 요시모토는 한 가지 정해져있는 캐릭터가 아니다. 다양한 이미지와 분위기를 가지고 있고 그 때문에 사람들이 좋아한다고 생각한다.

The character in this pic has a evil face and atmosphere absolutely groomy. Maybe this girl is same girl in the first pic. I wonder it seems different character just changing eye's state to be open. Yoshimoto is not a fixed character. It has various image. That's why people like Yoshimoto.

어렸을 때 일요일마다 푸우를 보기위해 일찍 일어났던 것이 생각난다. 푸우의 꿀먹는 모습을 보면서 군침을 삼키던 그때를 항상 추억할 수 있게 하는 캐릭터가 아닌가싶다. 특히 워낙 단순해서인지 제품으로 나오는 푸우는 전부 퀄리티가 좋았던 것 같다. 생활주변 어디서든지 푸우를 만날 수 있기 때문에 더욱더 기억에 강하게 남을 수 있는 캐릭터라고 생각한다.

This character reminds me that have to get up early every Sunday for watching pooh animation. When we saw the scene that pooh is eating honey with relish, we feel hungry. That memories permeated this character. And also, manufactured pooh figure's quality is good. I think its appearance is so simple that's why it could be manufactured delicately than other characters. I can say that we can meet this character everytime and everywhere. This is for the another reason how could it be popular character.

이 캐릭터의 이름은 마시마로이다. 마치 머쉬멜로우를 연상시키는 이름처럼 캐릭터 역시 하얀색의 머쉬멜로우처럼 보인다. 이 캐릭터가 한국꺼라고 생각하지 못했다. 한참동안 일본 캐릭터로만 알고있다가 나중에서야 한국캐릭터라는 것을 알게되었다. 한국캐릭터라는 사실을 알게되었을 때 굉장히 놀라웠다. 지금까지 한국산 캐릭터는 하나같이 품질이 별로라고 생각해왔기 때문이다. 하지만 마시마로 이후에는 그런 선입견은 사라졌다.

This Character name is Mashi Maro. Its name sounds like marshmallow. Because of that It seems like marshmallow. I didn't know that this character is made in Korea. I have known that is Japanese character. When I realized that this character is ours, I can't believe it. I have known that Korean character is coarse always and those are fallen in value. But now Korean character quality isn't coarse any more and the trust make me discard the prejudice.
